Faith's volleyball team had a weekend of mixed results, sweeping Barclay 3-0 on Friday and falling to national powerhouse Manhattan Christian 3-0 on Saturday.
Against Barclay, Faith dominated with set scores of 25-14, 25-18, and 25-8, posting a .286 hitting percentage while limiting Barclay to just .022. Codie Wirges led the attack with 18 kills. The Bears made several strong pushes in the second set, but Faith kept their cool and earned their 15th win of the season.
On Saturday, Faith faced a strong Manhattan Christian team, falling 14-25, 21-25, 13-25. Lainey Murphy had 16 assists, and Codie Wirges contributed 6 kills and 10 digs.
