The Eagles came into the weekend ready for their first taste of North Region play after earning two early season wins over Union (3-0) and Spurgeon (3-0).
In the first match of the day, Faith defeated Trinity in straight sets with scores of 25-16, 25-11, 25-14. The Eagles were able to score early and maintain the lead through all three sets, leading to a decisive victory over the Lions of Trinity Bible College. Sadie Long and Codie Wirges combined for 17 kills to lead the Eagles, and Victoria Nerem contributed 16 assists and 12 digs throughout the match.
It was a tale of two matches, as the Eagles took on a tough North Central team and lost in three sets, 25-17, 25-14, 25-14. Emma Owens led the charge with 6 kills and 2 blocks in the match.
