Eagles Fall at Rochester

ROCHESTER, Minnesota—The offensive woes continued for the women's soccer team Monday evening with a 2-0 defeat at the hands of the Rochester Community and Technical College Yellowjackets. The Eagles have scored two goals in their last six games as they fell to 2-5-1 on the season.

It was a mostly evenly-played match, with the game remaining scoreless until the 26-minute mark in the first half when the Yellowjackets scored on an unassisted goal. The only other score came at the 70-minute mark in the second half when Rochester hit the dagger to go up 2-0. Shots on goal were nearly even between the two teams, with four for Faith and five for Rochester.

The Eagles play on Saturday for Faith's Homecoming against the Grand View University JV squad. Game time is 3 p.m. at Pyche Field.
