Ankeny, IA – Cade Holtman of Florence, KY, has officially signed his letter of intent to join the Faith Eagles Men’s Basketball team for the 2025–2026 season.
Cade, the son of T.J. and Tammy Holtman, comes to Faith from Heritage Academy, where he played under coach Jerry Miles. During his three seasons with the Eagles, Cade surpassed the 1,000-point mark and earned numerous accolades, including all-conference honors, NACA All-American recognition, all-tournament team selections at both the conference and national levels, and being named Heritage Academy's Athlete of the Year twice.
Off the court, Cade is equally accomplished. He is a member of the National Honor Society and enjoys a variety of sports, including golf, baseball, and disc golf.
"We're excited to welcome Cade to our team," said head coach Brian Fincham. "His quickness and scoring ability will make an immediate impact, and his strong character and love for the Lord align perfectly with our program's culture. We're thrilled to have Cade and his family join our community."
Cade also shared his enthusiasm about becoming a student-athlete at Faith: "I'm looking forward to growing in my relationship with Jesus Christ alongside my classmates and teammates. I'm also very excited to continue playing basketball at the college level." He hopes to bring a strong work ethic and a positive attitude to the team as he looks to make a meaningful contribution both on and off the court.
Cade plans to pursue a degree in Organizational Leadership at Faith.
