The Eagle's beat the Bears at home in the first matchup between the two and were traveling with hopes of finding the same outcome on the road.
The Bears came out strong, taking the first quarter of the game 20-10. After brushing off the initial shock of a new atmosphere, the Eagles were able to maintain their composure and win the second quarter 14-13. Down 33-24 at the half, the Eagles needed to make a run in the third quarter. Building their momentum, the Eagles clawed back with a 15-10 third quarter win. Their third quarter run propelled them through the fourth quarter. The Eagle's took the fourth quarter 14-7. Coming back from as much as a 16 point deficit, the Eagles took the win 53-50.
The Eagle's were led in scoring by Mikayla Jones with 23 points, 4 assists, and Codie Wirges with 17 points.
