In a thrilling match, Faith pulled off an impressive comeback to defeat Ozark 7-3 after trailing 2-3 at halftime. The second half saw Faith score five unanswered goals, led by Eliott Adomeit, who netted his first career hat trick. Other goals came from Grant Busenitz, Nick Borghesani, and Zachary Choi.
The Eagles outshot Ozark 24-9, with a 14 of those shots on goal. Kevin Richardson, Silas Tolosa, Andre Quintana, Parker Lundberg, Eliott Adomeit, and Carter Witcher all contributed assists to the impressive victory. Goalkeeper Enzo Pileggi made five critical saves, keeping Ozark from regaining momentum as Faith powered through to an emphatic win.
The Eagles have secured their first Conference win of the season and need three more to qualify for the MCCC Tournament. Their next opportunity will come against Emmaus Bible College on October 1st.
