The Faith men's soccer team pulled out a conference win in St. Louis this weekend. The Eagle's traveled to Missouri to play St. Louis Christian College in an important MCCC match. Faith was abel to squeak out a 1-0 OT win, improving their conference record to 2-2. Faith is 6-8-0 overall.
The Eagles domintated possession and created great scoring chances but came up short each time throughout regulation. It was not until the second overtime that freshman Adam Jones was able to put the ball in the back of the net off a cross from sophomore Alex Clark. The Eagles outshot St. Louis Christian 16-1.
Faith has a quick turnaround, as they will face 6th ranked region foe Providence University College on Monday. That game will kick off at 4 PM.
