
Brahs Signs with Eagles
Ankeny, IA – Landon Brahs, from Oak Grove, MN, has committed to the Eagle men's basketball program, signing his letter of intent for the 2023-2024 season.
Landon is the son of Justin and Stephanie Brahs and comes to the Eagles from coaches Caleb Dickens and Justin Brahs high school program at St. Francis Christian School. Brahs has received various awards for his outstanding performance in the MACS conference, receiving 2nd team his freshman year and 1st team his sophomore through senior year. In his senior year, Brahs has averaged 25 ppg, shooting 80% at the free throw line, and snagging an average of 10 rpg. In his high school career he scored a total of 1,500 points.
When asked about his decision to attend Faith, Landon said that he is most looking forward to "the opportunity to enjoy the spiritual environment that [Faith] has, and the ability to play sports at the next level."
"I'm excited to have Landon join our team next year!" noted coach Brian Fincham. "Landon has had a very successful high school career, and we are blessed that the Lord has led him to Faith! Landon brings a scorer's mentality and strong work ethic that should translate well to the college game. Most importantly, Landon has the desire to grow in his relationship with Christ through basketball, which is the foundation and focus of our program. We are all excited to have Landon grow with us over the next four years!"
Landon is going to pursue a degree in Organizational Leadership while attending Faith.
