The Eagles entered Tuesday's match looking to increase their two game win streak as they finished the regular season.
In a hard-fought match against Waldorf, The Eagles managed to enter halftime with the score tied 0-0, despite being outshot 8-2 in the first half. Faith increased their offensive output in the second half to even shot attempts and controlled the tempo for most of the half.
With only seven minutes left, Waldorf broke through to take a 1-0 lead. Faith quickly regrouped, and five minutes later, Kristin Yuan chipped a shot that deflected off a defender and into the goal, tying the game at 1-1. Goalkeeper Megan Yuan recorded four saves throughout the match, helping the Eagles secure a well-earned draw. The Eagles finish the regular season with a record of 11-4-1 as they head into postseason play.
