Pileggi Signs Letter of Intent
Ankeny, IA – Enzo Pileggi, from Candia, NH, has committed to the Eagles men's soccer program, signing his letter of intent for the 2023-2024 season.
Ankeny, IA – Enzo Pileggi, from Candia, NH, has committed to the Eagles men's soccer program, signing his letter of intent for the 2023-2024 season.
Enzo Pileggi is the son of Jason and Joni Pileggi and comes to the Eagles from coach Mike Small's high school team, Tabernacle Christian School. Pileggi has been an important part to his high school team's offense, receiving the Offensive MVP award his sophomore, junior, and senior years. He has also received the New England Association of Christian Schools All-Tournament Team selection for both his junior and senior year.
"Enzo is an exceptional player who has the technical skills and tactical understanding to make an immediate and substantial impact on the program from day one," noted coach Gary Backous. "He is a versatile player who can play wherever he is needed."
When asked about his decision to attend Faith, he said he is most excited for "a Christ-centered environment where I'll be able to compete, learn, and serve with a close-knit student body and faculty. I look forward to making some Godly, long-lasting friendships."
Enzo will be pursuing a degree in Organizational Leadership with an emphasis in Sports Management while at Faith.
