Women's Soccer Earns Academic Honor
ANKENY, Iowa—Faith Baptist Bible College's women's soccer team continues to make history. One year after setting the school record for most wins in a season and finishing third in the national tournament, they have also made history in the classroom.
The largest soccer coaches' organization in the world, The United Soccer Coaches, has honored Faith with the prestigious Team Academic Award, given to teams who have a minimum grade point average of 3.0. The Faith Eagles women's soccer team finished the 2019-20 school year with a lofty grade point average of 3.53. It is the first time in school history that the women's soccer team has been given this honor. You can view a full listing of each school that has been given this award since 1996 here.
