Sovereign Signs with Women's Basketball
Erica Sovereign, from Windham, NH, has committed to the Eagle’s Women’s Basketball team, signing her letter of intent for the 2024-2025 season.
Ankeny, IA- Erica is the daughter of David and Lana Sovereign and comes to the Eagles from coach Cassiopeia Turcotte's team at Windham High School.
"Erica is an incredible athlete that we are adding to our 2024 class," stated coach Zak Kirkman. "Erica brings a ton of energy on the defensive end and has a special ability to get to the rim on the offensive end. She will be able to come in and impact our team from day one."
When asked what she is most looking forward to while attending Faith, Erica said, "To become a part of a second family and a tight Christian community." Erica is excited to be encouraged in her Faith and to encourage others as well. She will bring a passion for the game and positive attitude to her teammates.
Erica will pursue a degree in Elementary Education while at Faith.
