How do I place an order?

Once you find an item you wish to purchase, click on “Add to cart”.  The item(s) will be added to your cart.  You may then continue shopping or “Proceed to Checkout”.  If proceeding to checkout, you will need to provide shipping address, credit card, and other information.

How do I cancel or change an order?

Email web@prestosports.com to cancel or change an order.  Be sure to include the order # in the email.

Why can’t I choose my size?

If the size you wish to order is not listed in the drop down menu on the item page, that particular size is no longer available.

Why can’t I find an item?

If the item is not posted on the site, it is not available.  New items are regularly added to the site so please check back often.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders placed with usually take 1-2 business days to pick and pack for shipment. Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, with the exception of certain holidays. Once the order has been picked and packed, it will be sent via standard delivery.

Can I ship to multiple locations?

If you wish to ship to more than one location, you will need to place an order for each individual shipping address. It is not possible at this time to input more than one shipping address per order.

What kind of packaging do you use?

Depends on the item(s) being shipped.  We assure you that we take the most careful approach to make sure your items arrive undamaged when shipped from our warehouse.

What is the return policy? 

If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your order, return it within ten (10) days for a full refund, replacement or exchange. To help us rapidly process your request, please return a copy of your receipt with the merchandise. We recommend that you return items via an insured mail service for your protection. Please note that you will be reimbursed for return shipping if your return was a result of our error. Returned merchandise must be in its original condition for refund or exchange.
