Holaday Wins Last Chance Meet; Baker Qualifies

JOPLIN, Missouri—The last cross country meet of the regular season was a successful one for the Faith Eagles. Katlyn Holaday won the meet with a time of 20:09—the fifth-best time in the nation this season for women's runners. Charity Baker's time of 24:26.96 was good enough to qualify her for Nationals on Saturday, November 16, in Point Lookout, Missouri.
Chelsea Ratliff finished in seventh place with a time of 21:57.55 for the women, while Michael Sciranko paced the men with a time of 29:24.17. Josiah Brown finished with a time of 30:41.94.
The Eagles will send all six runners to the national meet in two weeks.
