Naughton Commits to Eagle's Soccer

Ankeny, IA - Ian Naughton, from Cincinnati, OH, has committed to the Eagle’s Men’s Soccer Team, signing his letter of intent for the 2024 season.

 Ian is the son of Patrick and Carlene Naughton and comes to the Eagles from coach Matt Cooksey's team at Miami Valley Christian Academy. Ian received the Eagle award during his time with the Lions. He is looking forward to being a part of a close Christian community at Faith.

"I am very excited about Ian joining the team," stated Eagle's head coach Gary Backous. "He has the size, skill, and intelligence to be an exceptional center back. Ian should contribute significantly to the team from day one."

Ian will pursue a degree in Organizational Leadership while at Faith.
