All-Conference Selections Announced for Men's Soccer
The Midwest Christian College Conference announced its All-Conference award selections during last week's conference tournament. Five Eagles were recognized for their performances:
1st Team
Jason Conable, from Commerce City, Colorado, played as goalkeeper for the Eagles. Jason is a junior at Faith, majoring in Assistant Pastoral. He finished the season with a total of 130 saves.
Andrew Young, from Ankeny, Iowa, is in seminary at Faith. He has played 17 games as starting defense.
Noah Zollinger is a sophomore at Faith in the Organizational Leadership program. He grew up in Williamsburg, Iowa, and graduated from Williamsburg High School. He started 20 games this season as defender with an average of .600 shots on goal.
2nd Team
Jacob Stilwell, a junior at Faith, has played midfield for the Eagles in 19 games, starting in all of them. He scored 11 points for the team. Jacob is from Trujillo, Peru, and is in the Pastoral program.
Nate Stupka is a sophomore at Faith studying Elementary Education. His hometown is Ankeny, Iowa, and he graduated from Grandview Christian. Nate played as forward for the Eagles and scored 17 points this season.
