Men, Team Recognized at MCCC Awards Presentation

Several student-athletes as well as the entire Faith Eagles men's soccer team were recocgnized this past Friday night at the MCCC awards banquet. The Eagles will finish out the tournament Saturday morning in the consolation game versus St. Louis Christian College. 

Brother's Aaron and Adam Jones received 1st team recognition for their play this season. Adam is the leading goal scorer on the team, with eight goals, while Aaron has managed to score four goals so far from the sweeper position. Midfielder Tim Jones was also an All Conference selection. Jones received 2nd team recognition for his play. The Eagles team as a whole was recognized by the other conferenc teams for their sportsmanship throughout the season with the conference Sportsmanship Award.
