Darren Young '93 Track and Field Complex

The Darren Young '93 Track and Field Complex was dedicated in May 2014 prior to the Midwest Conference Outdoor Championships.

Between 2013 and 2014, the complex, which includes Les Duke Track, underwent a major renovation. The facility now features a new 400m synthetic 8-lane surface with synthetic runways and high jump surfaces. The upgrades also include  steeple barriers, pole vault and high jump pits with top-of-the line crank standards, Olympic level throwing cage for hammer and discus and top-of-the line hurdles.

The facility also includes a two-story finish line building equipped with a fully computerized Lynx timing system.

The complex is named for Young, who won nine Midwest Conference titles and established nine school records while qualifying for the NCAA Division III National Track and Field National Championships five times.
