Bio

After taking several years off to care for her family, Sara rejoined the athletic staff as the executive administrative assistant and women's basketball coach in 2016. Sara graduated from Faith in 2000 with an administrative assistant's associate degree.

From 2000-2007 Sara served as an assistant women's basketball coach. During her time at Faith, Sara was a two sport athlete, playing both volleyball and basketball. She was an NCCAA DII North All-Region basketball player and was a two time recipient of the team spark plug award. She holds the women's basketball record for free throw percentage.

Sara resides in Ankeny with her husband Brian and children Logan, Morgan, and Tyson.
